i'm not quitting on you guys, i'm quitting on dealing with SonyEricsson Philippines. i'm still here to provide help to those who need it, but i don't want to be associated with SonyEricsson Philippines Club (it has to be sanctioned). if you'll think of another name sans SonyEricsson Philippines, i'm all for it.

I'm sure we are not limited to just dealing with the local office, and we could bring it eventually to someone higher in their hierarchy. I am not being too optimistic, but I believe that the org must consider the individual member's consumer rights.

Maybe we can even bring it to the attention of DTI. Pogi points Sec. Roxas who espouses consumer rights and empowerment. And bad publicity to the company, just in case it does come to that.

If a small group of loyal users, can't get any tidbit of service (not even asking for special service yet) paano pa ang nakakarami? And they'd ask you to buy from authorized dealers so you'd get the benefit of customer support and warranty! Now, that seems to be just plain BS.

If it's only the name, we can just rename our group as SE Users Club/Group.

SE is not their trademark, but we know that they refer to our phones.

I think there is problem with the organization itself, singapore, europeans has thìs problem too abt the cs of er.
