no probs.

C0mm0n, I've heard of people across the board with all types of phones, some of whom can and others with the same phone cannot remain logged in to esato lite.

I've never really known what the problem was, I vaguely recall laffen suggesting it may have had something to do with the phone not accepting cookies.

As far as I know there is no Vodafone France, they have Orange, Bouygues (spelling??) and SFR. Which one of the 3 do your friends use?

Hi,
I'm new to esato but it seems to be the greatest SE forum !
I live in France and SFR is selling the lovely V800 (i've ordered it today!)
It is vodaphone customized, but there are no stickers and there's a SE logo at the back of the phone instead of vodaphone
(PTT function is disabled too)

Do you have all to change to a 3g offer to get e v800 ?
In france it is the case but I insisted and they send me the phone without changing my subscription
(sorry for my poor english)

Vlammetje > Vodafone France = SFR

We both are on sfr, and can't login, cookies are ok...

I suspect all phones come with the same firmware mate. They are most likely all from the same stock

What data settings do you use on SFR? Might eb able to spot a difference with mine (with regards to esato light surfing)

I tried to order my phone yesterday but they were out of stock but today they received new one, so I should get a really recent one (i'll take a look at the production week number)
I think it too, all the v800 must have nearly the same firmware revision (except language localisation, operator settings,...)
Ok, so as soon as I receive mine i'll have a look to my SFR data settings.
