no, preorders are allways more expensive.
Dont do preorders, they are simply the sellers way of trying to sell the phone at a higher price before its launched.
Besides you wont get it any sooner, just buy it when its launched.

Will the software on the W800 convert tracks onto AAC(MP4) format then?
I'd prefer to use AAC.
