ok I have almost exactly the same info as Sebby on pg 17, on orange with EU_3. The only difference is under customisation I have 12 R24A and he had 12 R23A. His worked and mine didn't. Is there definately no hope for mine?!

Can someone please help...
I have tried today (16th June) to update my Orange K750 using the SE update service, followed all the instructions from this site i.e. 'clean' PC, new usb drivers etc but just before the install I get the message "Your operator does not support the use of this service with this device".
Have spoken to Orange and they say I have to send the phone back to the supplier. The supplier will probably send me another phone with the old firmware.
Is there a way to upgrade the firmware for an orange K750?
Just one other query, my wifes K700 has the option of changing the ringtone for any profile, this is not is the menu on my K750, the ringtone stays the same for all profiles. Has anyone else found this?
Hope someone can help.
Thanks

In the internet I found the EU3 but I want to try an update with the EU4.
Did you try to use EU3 on your phone? User Bart_tv has tried something similar but received an error message at the end of his update. Please let us know if you were able to change the firmware to something different than you originally had on your phone!

No I did not try EU3! Only EU4 seems to have no branding at all. I want to try the same thing as Bart_tv.

Not like this on O2 - Orange are prone to customise their phones - much better on O2 (I used to be on Orange with K500 and after debranding/un-locking the phone was 10* better).
K750+O2=\happy chappie

Hi,
I'm a bit of a lurker here and I've been having bother getting the USB Flash Driver to update!
I've been following the instructions to hold down the the 'c' key to bring up the "Found New Hardware" wizard but couldn't get it to work! Until I realised they actually meant the 'c' on the flipping K750 itself and not my keyboard!!!! LMAO!!! Works OK now!!! They could have been a bit clearer on their instructions really!!!
