whizz...u dont havfta import it as in "import".
just get the guy courier it to u by insured courier.
or get anyone coming from that place tobring it for u...they wont have to pay any duty if they dont have too many cell phones with them.they can say its for personell use.
morreover u r eligible to ring things worth 25k thru customs without duty.
