my businesscard scanner works ok.. used a dutch and a norwegian card so far.. but they are easier to scan with daylight instead of flash..
and btw, please post your bugs in the bug thread.. its easier to see for everyone..

I found that my organsier version is R2A05 instead of R3A05 and tried to updated it. However, the updater showed that my software is up to date and no update is required. I do it anyway, but the version doesn't change.
Is there anybody can help the way to updated the organiser firmware only?

Have tried that too. When turning lenscover off the screen just gets white and nothing happens. Have waited for 2-3 minutes and then I have to restart. When I try the phone button and remove the lenscover it just says Initializing... forever and I have to do a restart. Shit Shit....No more suggestions? Do anyone have the same probelm?
Having exactly the same issue, tried reset, updating firmware etc. Anyone with anymore suggestions?

I’m in trouble. Was helping a friend of my father update his 990, since he kept complaining that it was crap compared to the 910. I asked if he had updated his phone, he sad no and I offered to do it for him. Every thing went ok did the update and now the phone doesn’t turn on, just keeps flashing. I’ve tried deleting de software and installing again, even tried installing in different directory and nothing. I try the update the phone again and it tells me the phone his up to date. Any ideas out there? I would not like to be the guy that ruined a new 990.Thanks in advance.

You had deleted the install files at the computer? And you have tried starting the phone both with and without the sim-card and memorystick in it?
Isn't there a way of forcing the SEUS to do the update? Anyone? Or is the "your phone is up to date" the final doom?
