I can crash camera even with max 91% quality
it depends on scenery details and how much green color is. you can use 95% but success-crash ratio will be worse

0 = unlock WB and go back to WB selected in camera menu
1 = start stabilization (also unlock WB) wait some time here before +2 step
2 = lock WB changes

all you want to know (ISO, shutter speed, AE lock) is explained well on internet (use google or wikipedia to search). to find SEM/EM option -> readme.txt (under 'functions' section)
