I've been reading about arnoldc's experience with SE Philippines and I wonder what really happened? For your info, I complained to DTI about Ericsson last year and they issued me a letter of apology. This was how I got to know RG and I'm suppose to see him tomorrow.

Were you still in their office at around 4:15 this afternoon? RG's voice seemed squeeked down when he was talking to me... probably as a result of your being mad?
