You might want to go to the SE Service Center and have them set the languages you want. They might want to charge you for it though.

I saw the CDA list that JGRob posted, used Davinci to change the CDA to CDA102300/18 (which should be for EU3). As CDA revision I entered R2A, model S700i, language variant name EU_3. It went through, now it doesn't turn on anymore (it gets stuck in the "select language" startup screen). I tried to use SEUS now, but that says my operator doesn't allow me to use it. But it was an unlocked phone in the first place!
Could anyone please help me out, and tell me how I can get my phone back to life? Please?

Upgraded from R3K004 to R3M008 using SEUS:
- a faster pictures preview in the file manager
- gmail now works!!!
- an incredibly faster file transfer rate from PC to the phone using bluetooth. I had only 15 kB/sec on R3K, now 32-34 kB/sec on R3M! Some people report about 45 kB/sec speed (I think it depends on a bluetooth dongle)

32 kBytes/sec? As I said it depends on bluetooth dongle on your PC. But anyway you'll notice a faster speed, mayve you'll get 40-45 kB/s

I have uploaded firmware R3K004 after successfully debranding my phone a few months back with SeTool with thanks to gbrooks3 expert guidance.
Now I see you guys mentioning a newer firmware on SEUS, so I duely logged in with phone in the DSS25 and it informs me my phone is up to date. Is R3M not available in the UK yet.
The CDA number entered in my phone is CDA 102310/49 R2A (EU_2), all locks on the phone are disengaged.
I have tried the Global Site and it also tells me my phone is up to date. Any clues....
