Ok..but I'd recommend you see your ordinary signal strength displayed at the homescreen or the standby mode or the startscreen.Then..there's a code which I knew all the time..this will make your phone send out signals which attract the signals of the sim connection you're using.Since esato doesn't support some characters,I'm posting it in words and no's.
Code in words with instructions:
First on the standby mode,type STAR and then a HASH.Both are situated in the left and right of 0 respectively.Then type the no.s 3370 and then put another HASH.Hope this works.It only works in all versions of nokia s60s. u:

One more info. my N73 works with OS9.1 and New N82 works with OS 9.2 and i don't know other new model phone which works with OS 9.2 except N82.
