It sounds like a great driver but it doesn't work at all on my cid49 k750i R1CA021.
Haven't checked any of your older versions but this one just doesn't let me see the camera, jumps right back.

The other says that:
1/ if U have w800@k750i U have to back to k750 firmware (beceause of IMEI conflict)
2/ copy customize.xml from mobile to hard disk and edit it...
3/ change CDA for nonbrand Batalic
4/ look for entry: (exist only in locked phones)

and remove it all

be sure that setting line is:
false

5/ copy edited file to mobile
6/ use SEUS -> it will install new firmware and overwrite unlocked gdfs, then we can back to w800 firmware if we want

sometimes it doesn't overwrite gdfs, so make a backup for sure...
