Sure, and SE know that Nokia World started at that date. So IMO they should've waited. With or without Sony.

The first WinMo 6.5 devices will hit the shelves in early October. Nokia will announce many more phones than

but HTC will amaze you all. Don't get too hooked up on tomorrows announcement, MWC is when things get interesting and when

start implementing their big changes. MWC is make or break time and as far as I know, its looking good. Distinctive designs to come, Kiki is one example.
The Vulcan announcement makes market sense since WinMo 6.5 is coming now and Vulcan is only competing with the Touch Pro 2 (Vulcan hardware is better by some distance). Qwerty + WinMo 6.5 = Vulcan so its a smart move by

while the top HTC phones have no qwerty so that market is different.

That's good. I'll get the Vulcan around Christmas time and my next phone(might or might not be one that is announced in MWC since this year's announcement didn't interest me that much) will be bought next Christmas, lol.

True, but that fact is nowhere near outweighed by the extra flexibility and convenience offered.
Again true, but the pros outweigh the cons only when there's a big enough sensor to take advantage of the convenience. The decreasing aperture and massive pixel density would be murder for the S/N ratio at anything other than base ISO.

Don't tell me SE didn't copyright XPERIA range: X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, etc.
What a mistake!

They already have something better in every way (Except on-board memory, but that's fixable).
It's called the Satio.
Honestly, I fail to see the "ZOMG!" factor in today's Nokias that everybody's favorite Nokia shill has been promising for months. I see a W705-ish keypad in the X3 and naming scheme that rem, inds one of, well... we know. Maybe that did the trick for him.

the x3 and x6 from nokia are both ugly imho.
specs wise, well, nothing WOW about them. sounds exactly like an n97 (the x6) without a qwerty...
anyway moving on..... this thread is for

x6 - music, target for mass market...lots of profit
satio - high end market, few sale volume, profit?
profit is what SE need right now...
i'm just hoping SE should produce a fully touch phone for the masses....of course using symbian...
