Thats true but Sony has its own Back up and restore that interferes with carbon.also its hundred times better than carbon so why pay for it?

As there isn't a 100% strict official definition in the world of mobile phones for the size of the coined term 'Phablet' , will it have a screen size larger or smaller than the Xperia Z? / What size?

But I am more curious how special Sony phablet will be compared to Note.Software will be most important and also stylus ??

I don't think that any Android brand can offer better software than Samsung in near future. I think the Phablet will have the better design and better specs than Note 2 but when it commes to software Sony is far behind.

Stylus alone would be enough IMHO, it should be wacom >_> but for sure Sony would put its own homebaked goodies there if it happens to use a digitizer pen.
