i tried to access my W800 using FAR and DCU-60 but not successful.
everytime i connect my phone to the usb while pressing "C", it turns ON and the flash disk is automatically mounted by the computer. FAR says something about EPIUSB.sys.
please help!

guys, i still need help, i've already downloaded the lates FAR Manager from the topsony website and the latest SE Flash plugin, extracted it to the plugins folder of FAR Manager, installed the latest K750 usb drivers, but still when I connect the phone I still get the connot connect error message stating I do not have the EPIUSB.SYS file on my computer. Need help you guys. TIA

you guys with the EPIUSB.SYS problem.
does the windows "found new hardware" ever pop up?
because if it does, then you just point it to install from a location, and point it to the drivers for SEUS... which includes EPIUSB.SYS
that's what i did when it first happened to me.

You have to install USBflash drivers first.

I tried this with german language files that I got from an archive someone had with other stuff in the FS and it doesn't show up in my text message languages even when I changed the text file in there. Any ideas about that?

You have to back up a lot of stuff. I wouldn't recommend it though, because when I restored all the files they became read only or something because I couldn't edit the profiles on the phone and when I tried to connect to the internet or check email after that the phone would hang up or restart. It wouldn't even delete the settings after a master reset...so I had to go back and manually delete my email, mms, wap, and WV settings to get it back to blank so I could put the settings in my phone.

firmware locked.
No xml or text file says anything about flightmode, I've checked 'em all looking for a way to make a K750->W800 middle button back into activity menu.
I don't think K750 main flash files even have the walkman or flight mode code, nor does the W800 main flash have the activity menu code.
There is certainly no "switch" in the FS to turn on flight mode.

internet profile info is stored in customize.xml and copied to the phone on reset - so it's a good idea to setup your customize.xml with your internet accounts so that they are put back on the phone when ever you need to do a master reset (esp. if you no longer have operator firmware)
you are right internet profiles are stored here:
/system/wap/profile
but they are not stored in text format - so you can't easily edit them. You may be able to backup those files and drop them back in to restore but it may not be that simple. You'll have to experiment. It seems like there is more to it than just htese files
