Wise guys at o2!!!
My handset has arrived today, but of course o2 'forgot' to send out the SIM card!!! idiots! Its a new connection as well (not an upgrade)! Just off the phone to them and they have now ordered me a new SIM card (only then will I be able to start the number porting process- any ideas how long it should take? Voda > o2online?)...
I also mentioned about the billing from June- she said when I phone to activate the account to mention it and the relevant amount will be credited back onto the account. I doubt most folk will even realise o2 have done this- poor form!

On the official site of SE Turkey, the k800i has been removed from the list of products. Then I called and they said that K800 won't come to Turkey, but insted the K790 will come. But they stated no reason for this change?
Why would you say this is the case?

I'm not exactly sure but I hear the porting process usually takes up to seven working days. Do you have your PAC number with you already? If not Vodafone will insist on sending you one in the post instead of telling you over the phone.

If they don't have 3g in Turkey then the K800 would be overkill

OK, here's the story. Looks like its o2's fault AGAIN! The delivery address is blatenly not mine. Not remotely close to me at all. The woman has passed my case on to someone else who will call me in 24hrs!! So here's me waiting until o2 get more k800's in stock i bet. I'm so angry! I want my £49.99 refunded. It begs the question, where is my order then?? In thin air or was probably never put through in the first place!
