I've recently been buying and fixing mobiles for a few quid (and I enjoy it!) so I've had a few:
Nokia 3110 - first ever phone!
Nokia 6150e - I agree with T610.Resource-still one of the best phones Nokia made!
Ericsson T10s One of the worst phones /// made - sorry!

Nokia 3310 (a few - very easy to take apart and fix - and I have to admit very good if basic phones)
Nokia 7110 - cool phone!
Nokia 3330
Nokia 3410
Nokia 3510 (Not one of the best phones Nokia ever made!)
Nokia 5110
Nokia 6210
Nokia 6310 & 6310i - would be good phones if the
and IR weren't crippled by Nokia!
Nokia 8210
Nokia 8310 - Another really good phone
Nokia 3200 - rubbish screen, couldn't get IR to work
T68/T68i - Excellent, loads of features ahead of their time
Samsung V200 - nice phone but awkward to use, IR useless
And currently use a T610 - Brilliant phone, bought to fix and sell on but liked it so much I'm keeping it and selling what was my main phone, the V200!

Edit! I just found what i said 18 months ago at the top of the page
