I did update the latest firmware trough the SEUS
my system shows the following

phone: CXC 162037 R9EC001
Bluetooth: CXC 162058 R5A01
Organiser: CXC 162036 R4B03
CDA: CDA 162007/2 R4B03

PLEASE CONFIRM IF THIS IS THE LATEST FIRMWARE

It's the latest firmware you can get through SEUS, but some (most?) service centers can give you R5A16. It should also reach SEUS in some time... When? Noone knows.

Nope, as I said, it's only in service centers. Updating there will be free if you have warranty left.

couple of years ago, I was aware of only one in the US of A. And that one was not even near to Miami. The location is farther in Minnesota.
I have +1 (952) 279-5700 or +1 (651) 229-5862 as the phone number.

I also have the Sony Ericsson Executive Escalation email address (which is
seee@support.sonyericsson.com). U shud use this for complains mainly.

Not sure if these will work though. Give it a try
