So it happened. I dropped my phone on the pavement. Result is shattered back panel (thanks to the genius who thought glass back panel is a good idea on a phone...)
Did anyone experience this? What are the costs of back panel replacement? Is the phone still waterproof?

Admad,
I have had similar experience.
My girlfriend accidantally hit my phone twice out of my hand. Both times resulted in shattered display and just 1/3 of the display functioning. I know this doesn't answer your question but I had it changed with just deductible fee of 175 USD.

Ah this is annoying, my z3 dual still doesn't have the 5.1.1 update wtf. Maybe it will come before the year's end haha.

So my Z3 (out of case) fell 5 feet from my chest of drawers to the tiled floor yesterday. As I took it up I noticed it was powering off. It rebooted and I called my brother (he had called and caused it to fall from where it was). Now I discover that the power button is not working. Is there any other way to turn it on should it go dead? for now I am just making sure that doesn't happen.
