well, we dont know really why SE ph customer support is like that. do you think they lack funding? nagkulang ba ang SE intl?
and they close to say that walang CUSTOMER SUPPORT ang SE PH? then they shld replace the unit and send the defective unit to the source plant. Malaysia is not far away.
Compaq Ipaq has no tech support in the phil, once your unit have problem, just bring it to their service center and they will replace the unit w/ another one. and ship your old unit back to US
