@boba - Yeah, I guess you were right mate. I charged the fone's BATT to FULL, then played some MP3 songs on it for hours, say 2 - continuously until it reached it's 1 bar . . . left. I am using my N9210i as my back-up unit that's why the BAAT was not utilized fully. The battery is working normal now, though just to be sure, I purchased a 'replacement' one (though has a GOOD reputation that works like the original), genuine ones are a HARD to find now as it's an OLD model . . . we'll see what will happen . . . next

u should let it flash with the last fw, it would increase a bit the batt performance and make the fone menu faster

@boba - Yeah . . but I don't have 'belief' in firmware upgrades mate, as somethingmay happen to my fone, it's an OLD one and I just don't want to lose it like that . . . I never upgraded even a single fone that I had, from day 1 up to now . . . thanks for your thoughts though pal

I am due for a phone upgrade. Althou I am still happy/satisfied with my old S60, I like the new N80. Now after well over 3years of Symbian use I have quite a 'few' S6O applications, but the N80 won't be able to use most of them if any. I had a look at the WM5 OS and weighing all the pros and contras it looks promissing. Now the question is S60 or WM5? I know there are other proprietary operating systems out there but they are to 'small' to really make a impact. And which WM5 device comes closest in features/functionality to the N80 ? Greetings from South Africa. Mario :) This message was posted from a Nokia 7650

Hey, nice surprise ! I have just found out that most if not all the 'old' S60 V1 applications will run on the N80. Only S60 v2 seem to have problem. This message was posted from a Nokia 7650

My father in law has a Nokia 1100 only a few months old. It regularly asks for the pin-code, it did that from the first weeks he had it. Checked everything one can see from the outside but nothing like dirty contacts or so. SIM-card worked perfect in previuous phone.

I was sure he did something to cause the phone to 'quit'. I took it home and to my surprise it did nothing, it was always on and never asked for the pin-code. Took it to the office and around, nothing happened.

Soon as it was back in his house it quit again after a few hours and asked for the pin-code. The mobile was un-touched, it stayed there with witnesses...

What could that be? Has anyone seen something like that before? Seems like his house is haunted??
