Got my phone now and have one question.
How do i use wlan as for opera, im+ and so on. Donīt wanna use 3g like it does with the default settings.

Yes but it's different from the current browser on the p990i. That is why they call it opera mini not just an opera. Opera mini is made with java and it takes less memory when surfing the net than the default opera on the phone.

i want my P990 to connect to my pc to be used as a usb external storage device.how should i do it??the phone is connected and charging...in my pc,device manager>hardware>usb>2 usb icons showing: se p990 pc-connect controller and sep990 composite device.
i am not planning to use this pc for SEUS so dont want to install pc suite...only for trasnfer of songs and pdf and ms word documents.my disc2phone does not recognise that the usb is connected....so no music transfer.so i uninstalled it.

1. Don't use a USB hub or battery powered laptop when charging, SE don't recommend it
2. Disconnect the P990 and when flip closed, select More>Connections>USB then select File Transfer option
3. Re-connect to the PC

Since it is announced I've read every information regarding P990.Now that it's on the market I read about all kind of bugs but also about good sides. Finaly I made a decision that I'll buy it.For the last year and a half I use my astonishing P910i.With it I have almost everything I need:my music, movies, pictures, books, internet, e-mail ,msn messanger, ms office, dictionary, home video inspection (argus rs), call and sms management, voice recording, task and calendar, etc. Now P990 offers all that plus a really good camera, wlan, landscape browsing, usb storage, querty, better screen, FM radio etc. I want to ask a qustion to curren P990 users. Does it handle larger (more than 1mb) ms word or excel files as P910 doesn't? It is quite important to me.Thanks in advance

Has anyone else noticed that the sound of the p990 ringing is very well rubbush it sounds like it have been shoved in cupboad or the treble has been turned down and the bass up, or have i just missed a vital setting somewhere i know u can change the equalizer in the media player but that dont solve the problem for ringtones
