I think ALL the K850 with 031 will have the BROD sooner or later...

And the restarts are getting annoying too.
when i make a picture while listening to music it restarts occasionally :S
What do I do when i get BROD? there's no service center anywhere near me..and spending €10 on davinci to fix a problem that should be fixed for free (firmware wise) doesn't suit me at all

I got what I asked for!!! After one hour my Bluetooth got Koko. After a call the music did not start again in the headset. It started thru the phone speakers. After a restart I couldn’t pause the music anymore with the button on the Bluetooth. Down to the Telenor shop for the second time. This is a shit FW

Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but I finally figured out why I wasn't getting the theme reset issue like so many others, even though I am also using a theme from the memory card: I have SIM protection turned on. Every time I start up the phone, I am asked for my password.
So here is my theory on this bug: When the phone starts up, it tries to set the theme before fully initializing the memory card, so since it doesn't see it, it resets the theme. However, if you have anything set to happen at startup, whether it be a startup picture, video, or even the SIM lock code request, it gives the phone just that much more time to initialize, and no theme resets happen. Just a theory, but the fact remains, have anything at startup, no theme reset.

Well, I have decided Sony Ericsson are probably the worst phone company in the universe for unreliable phones, and 3, while a great network, are the worst network to have an Ericsson on because they don't update the damn thing. 3 UK has not had a single update since R1CA029, despite what it says on the first post. I had a K800i, that royally sucked once it started screwing up which took about 5 months. My friend had one of the W series Sony phones, which ran slow as hell all the time. And my K850, which has been fine up to now, suddenly started getting "Operation Failed" messages when I try to do anything text message related. Luckily I fixed it with a master reset but that doesn't always work.
I have decided I'm never ever ever getting a Sony phone again as while they look quite nice and have a lot of functionality, they completely suck balls for reliability.
