There also are now quite a few X1's starting to appear on E-Bay some are VodaFone upgrades but some are unbranded.

Fiddly to use - WinMob is soooo hopeless.

QWERTY is rubbish. Tiny tiny keys with no travel...really awful.
On screen keyboard a nightmare to use even with stylus.
I hated the Omnia and the Omnia was ten times better than this.

Didn't bother trying out the camera or anything.
Saving grace...it's small and the screen is pretty hi res and clear.
If you must chuck your money at a WinMob communicator with QWERTY then try an HTC device instead, far more mature product.
If you can do without QWERTY and want a WinMob touch screen phone then go for the Omnia.
If you want a touch screen phone then choose anything from Samsung, LG, HTC, Nokia over this.
If you want a convergence device...again look at Nokia/Samsung/HTC.
Last but not least...many of the non-tech media have billed this device as SEMC's answer to iPhone.

There is no way in hell that the silver one is better than the black one. Compared to the black, silver is epic fail. Black one pwns!!! I think I will buy it as soon as stock comes in. Can't wait to see TF3D running on it

Another thing... if i install the Touchflo in my X1... if i want to get back to the standard "todays screen" of WM6.1... can i just easily unninstall the Touchflo 3D?... or do i have to do a reset of the hole system?? :s

Can anybody recommend a good calender app please. Something that is as good as Aqua Calender for UIQ. This has a huge amount of icons that can be displayed in the month view so you can see what is upcoming over a larger span of time.
