I'm actually looking forward to Rachel appearing as WinMo and Symbian have never really excited me.
Watching the
Video of the UI again makes it almost irresistible. It does look fantastic. They really should get this out ASAP as it looks like a winner.

As we know, Symbian^2 is comming, so it's not so bad for the S60 phones, they can upgrade to the new OS. However, Android is good choise.

Windows 7 will be great as well as 6.5 looks very promising.

Android isn't stupid. Its actually a good platform. Ditching Windows is a bit stupid but hey as long as we have snazzy platforms like Android customized for their phones I dig. Not to mention Rachael looks damn good.

But is immature, and I don't trust open source so much.
WM is indeed very powerful and versatile,
and no platform can match that today.
But maybe they're scared of HTC dominancy on WM market.
But hey, it's an Eldar rumour, maybe not true at all.

I donīt understand how someone can say WM is "the best plafmorm". Itīs only got decent thanks to the "makeup" HTC, SE, etc, put over the ugly stuff. Even 6.5 is not enought. About WM 7, well...who knows when that will come out, if ever.
While i love the iPhone OS, i love what iīm seeing from Android, and i have no doubt it will be come to be the main smartphone platform in the next years. It will explode on 2010, for sure
