hmm...based on sony optimization should be better if same 2.3ghz...
Since this is a development board its using early software. So the results could actually be a lot better in a phone. However a development board is big and has lots of space so heat can travel around without any problem. In a phone it might throttle because of the heat, so it remains to be seen
Its also why Tegra 4 scores are bullshit. You wont see anything close to that in a phone

Much as I hate to say it, I'm extremely tempted to get the HTC One.
The camera isn't bad, the build quality is absolutely stunning and the screen is vastly superior to that of the Z (Don't really know how Sony messed this up). I want to wait for the alleged Sony phone with the sub-5" 1080p screen. If it doesn't have viewing angle problems and piss-poor contrast like the Z, then I'll probably lean towards it instead....

Will Sony be one of the first customers for the S800? What other companies have phones lined up with that SOC?

Are you referring to the Ray 3 , Dogo , or C670X ?

What ever the score of the S800 and T4, they are clearly more powerful than the Octa. S800 is most likely more power efficient than T4. T4 however has the best looking games, even better than their iOS counter parts. Qualcomm hasn't really convinced game developers to optimize for Adreno despite the improvements they've made.

Do you think Sony is more bothered about making powerful phones with bigger screens, such as 5" and bigger screens;
or do you think that they will also try to cater for those who don't necessarily want a phone that's uncomfortably big in the hand and/or pocket, and will therefore also make some phones that are slightly smaller than 5" screen ones - which are still about as powerful and still have batteries about as big?

Sorry if its been answered before, but on the XR scale. Where does the rumour of the C680X - Honami stand?
I have preordered SGS4, but i really like Sonys stand with the dev community. And the rumors about C680X sounds really nice. So, is it worth waiting, or should i go for the SGS4?

c680x will get s800 chip...more powerful than exynos 5 octa and s600...
btw some of the s4 software features are pretty useful though...although touch wiz suck for me...
if u dun like H2 flagship u still can consider sony phablet or note 3 with new features..lol...
