They should email you with details, a tracking number and then you log onto a site, type the tracking number and you will be able to track it.

Got my 3100 delivered this morning, not a bad phone for £9.99
will do me for a spare, not locked to 02 either(not a problem if it was though). Just sent in a 02 box with manual,charger,battery and phone.
