No, those drivers should be in your PC BEFORE you initiate the whole process. There is a checklist at the beginning of the update and one of the items you have to check, clearly states that you should download those files from the website beforehand, they're not on the CD.
When you're doing the update itself you shouldn't be getting the "Found New Hardware" message, do all the installing first, then try the update.

And now, my humble opinion...
If there are literally hundreds of posts saying that the update for the K750 was VERY problematic, why don't you guys wait a little bit just to make sure SE didn't mess it up this time before attempting an update???
If your phone is working fine, leave it like that...

Flashed with davinci again with CDA CDA102430/9 - W800i Generic EUROPE_1
and FS MAIN EU1.

Tried it with SEUS, it says now , Your device is already up to date.

Wohooo finally.

No more message saying my operator doesnt aproove.
