Yes over the phone i haggled and got 12 months instead of the 3 months on all 3 notebooks. I said i'm buying 3 so they had to do a good deal. Spent £1080 and think i got a good deal, even though none of them are for me!
Call centre was based in India but the guys were quite professional and have emailed me 4 times with confirmations etc.

just bought one. £410 inc everything, 60 gb hd, 512mb ddr and 15inch screen
got that 6cell battery 2 last extra couple hours for £11 aswell.
