I was just wondering now why is it that SE can't ever let us have the best of both worlds... Until now, that was possible since all you had to do was flash your K750 to W800 and presto, beautiful looking phone with all the W800 functionality. But Now, the W and K lines are so separated hardware wise that made it impossible
If the K800's Media Player is the same one as in 750, half of the attractive of this phone is gone for me right then and there. And if, on top of that, those strawberries sample pics are truly representative of what we can expect to see from this phone, (very dissapointing for a 3.2 MP "cybershot") then I'll just go ahead and get me a W810 when I can and just wait for the next generation of SE phones after this one.

ugly ugly ugly.. too many corners.. and that cybershot logo between the screen and the keys look out of place.. i'd rather get the w810 and wait for the next 3.2MP phone; hopefully it's better designed

hmmm...nice, but worried about memory and video.
This has to be shipped with a decent M2 card...and hopefully the video will b at least 30fps!

Reading on sonyericssons site it looks like the specs says that your mp3s have to be drm protected... I hope this isn't true I don't want the same hazzle as some ppl with voda branded phones has gone through before.
I want to be able to rip my cds to mp3 and put them on the memstick using a memcardreader w/o having to add drm info on them.
I hope someone with access to this phone can test put an mp3 on the phone and play it both as ringsignal and in the mediaplayer.

That does just mean that you CAN play DRM protected music of course you can play your own mp3s as well just as is the case with all the other SE phones who also have DRM.
