the thing is matey, peoples deals on upgrade are only for them.... each case will be differnet depending on what kind of level user you are.....

For example, on orange if you were say a level one (worst case) they prob wont give a damn if you threatened to leave...... if you were a level 5 (highest) then they would do you a great deal to keep you/.....

As a point of help for you tho matey - i would quote the nestopphoneshops deal (flext 35 - £180 of usage every month - calls only 20p per min any net/ any time..... [thats 900mins] of inclusive calls) all for £35... and a free phone (w810i with 6 months free line rental)......

deal: [next][0]=&B[0][network]=tmobile&B[0][make]=Sony%20Eric.&B[0][tariff]=PF035&B[0][handsetcode]=TMOW810IBLACK" target="_blank" rel="nofollow]http://www.onestopphoneshop.c[....][0][handsetcode]=TMOW810IBLACK

print it out and get a good deal matey... and if they say its teh onstopphoneshop blah blah blah (as tehy soemthings do)...

give themm this deal instead:

http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/Dis[....]e_plan&ppid=903&pf=Flext+plans

omg - its changed - you now get £200 worth of useage...... thast amazing now

all the best, hoipe this helps

Hello, where did you get this deal in a shop or online, or was it as an upgarde?

I got my upgrade of a w810i yesterday from orange which replaced my p910i, hmm was it worth it? simply put, probably not. Theres not enough freedom with the w810i, its a static menu and im finding it hard to find useful things to download onto it, plus ill hardly ever use the walkman function on it. As it is, im sticking with it now but maybe in a few months ill get a new phone and sell this one.

Oh btw, did anyone recieve a free bluetooth headset in their bundle? i no i didnt but it would have been a nice extra like i got with my p910i

My W810i was supposed to arrive today but it's not coming till Monday now.

I got the phone free,
500 Cross network anytime minutes
500 texts
and one month roll over on unused minutes and texts for £20 a month...
....and the first month free because they're delivering it late!

Almost forgot to mention, that's from O2's retention department.
