sorry, i missed one of your questions.
i'm not clear whether that version of R2E have french. But you should see the language code in that page, right? I can't see any code like french....so maybe it doesn't. But i can't confirm, i have flashed with R5D already.

R5C001 dump from my T68i

Note that it's a dump from my T68i using the instructions posted by gsmunlocking.. It contains two files

T68i-Avr.bin and T68i-Arm.bin

The client used to dump the firmware was 6.52 from LogosUnlimited

As for the flash file, do know that you are flashing it iin your own risk, if it screws up your phone, that's gonna be your risk..

The language set on my phone is US English with South American Spanish..

From what waiking states..

buy a T28 Service Cable (not data cable)
buy a Log and get an ericsson client - 6.52 or above
Unlock your phone first if not yet so
then follow the instructions he posted or check the link below..

For those people scared to try this, Paul from logosunlimited will be running some tests in the next few days, you might want to wait for his result..

Just to remind you guys that R5C is already the latest version. R5D is just a special version for T68ie, which have chinese input.

Thx funks, and you guys should thanks him too. He's so generous that he share his own FW without charging you guys, but he himself did spend money on a log. I suggest you guys who have downloaded the file here should leave a post to thank him.

Dunno about simplified chinese..

You need the ie firmware for that I believe..

The R5C001 I dumped above is for the North American market.. Mine has the US English, South American Spanish, and French..
