forgot to tell u something! if you connect your phone 2 pc in "phone mode" the memory card isn`t detected. switch your fone to "file transfer" with the install cd in and that shoud resolve the problem

1. What more can I do, else than changing menu?
2. Does someone have the default layout.xml of w800i ? I forgot to make a backup of it...
3. I'm a programmer, I was thinking on creating an apllication to view Menus that are under construction, so people wouldn't need to send the menu to the cellphone to view how it is becoming.... Does a program like this already exists?
4. Where can I get docs on how to create java mobile applications?

@slack2028
well, from what i read u can do a lot of stuff besides changing menus. For example u can update your camdriver, kill the shutter sound (camera sound), increase your sms storage, firmaware update and other stuff. I don`t know it all cause i`m new to the forum and to phone modding. Here are some useful links:
Camera driver update:
http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=124375
firmaware overview:

And for other modding stuff u can visit
http://www.se-nse.com
edit: and for the java docs try java.com or search google 4 tutorials. a heard there is an app, jbuilder for mobile apps
