You dont seem to trust him at all anymore. In my experience once trust is lost you never get it back.
You sound exactly like me with my last gf and its quite sad to see. I can see all the mistrust, paranoia and suspicion I saw in myself so I know where your coming from. Your faced with something most people wouldnt even think twice about but to you its the most damning piece of evidence in the world lol. you cant spend the rest of your life being like this with him, itll do neither of you any good no matter how much you love each other.
End it for your own sanity if anything, I bet this is all driving you a bit mad aint it! Go out and enjoy yourself, like they say how can anyone love you if you dont love yourself. im guessing here but youve probably got some issues which mean your self confidence aint great. get to the route of those first then get out there and meet someone new and youll be so much happier without all the suspicion hanging over you
