what do you mean "via screen setting"?
yeah i know how to turn 3G off (in GSM/3g networks select only GSM), but is there something like to turn GPRS off ('cause i'm not using internet on my phone) to improve battery life? or not?

Go to phone setting, then go to Display. then Sleep mode clock .. On / Off
Dunno about gprs.. there is no setting about it..
