It's been two weeks since I returned mine; the Royal Mail said it would only take one week.

Even though he from the beginning prommised a refund he has sent out a replacement, he says in his mail that:
"Dear customer
there is ASIA version and EURO version of DS 970 for sure
u can check the retail box
we already sent out the replacement , so please wait for it"
So within a week or so we'll see if the new HS he sent me is any better than the last one, I'll let u know.

Well i ended up ordering 2 from seller ioak. Its about the only hk seller which seems to have genuine headsets. Going by all there other accessories too which all seem to be genuine....
When i emailed them about fakes, he said they are indeed aware of the fakes, just look on google and you will find heaps he also said. He says they dont sell fake
products, all is genuine.
Should get them in about a week hopefully. Will report back here when tested.

I just got mine from this seller today, and it's fake...
It took almost 3 weeks for the shipping, he said it's because the unclaim item so USPS returned the headset back to HK, which is BS, I had it sent to my office and never got any notice from USPS for the past weeks. And he kept pushing me to leave the feedback for him.
Now I have to think how to deal with seller.
Any suggestion?

Well, it sure was a speedy delivery!
I got the replacement yesterday, charged it all night and tested it 5 minutes ago.
What can I say... STAY AWAY!
Same c r a p as the last time, first i started listening to MP3 music (with weak sound) and then I recieved an incomming call and the HS froozed/crasched exactly in the same way my first HS did, just a distorted name (caller ID) in the HS display, the only way to make the HS work again is to put it on the charger, then again, incomming call and it crasches.
Just worthless piece of s h i t.
I really want to know if ANYBODY has bought a good working HS from HK-Ebayers? (this modell of course)
Well now you know and it is up to you guys to make your own opinion on wether to buy on Ebay or at your local dealer, I'm pretty sure on where I'll buy my stuff from now on.
Cheers.
I'll of course contact the dealer today and ask for a refund so I'll let you know how the story ends, so far the HS has costed me 94$ with the return parcel, I think it is enough now.

Well, it seems like it's a bad beat to buy from HK Ebayers, ask him for a refund, otherwise he'll be sending you new s h i t t y things, just read my topic above. Good luck!

This seller is so dodgy and only replies to emails when the threat of a negative comment on ebay is made. He now wants the tracking number. I sent it from UK on 10th Jan by registered post. Never buy from this seller.

To all, I have also bought the HB-DS970 from ebay from a seller who said they are located in the UK.
I have opened up a claim via Paypal and so far there has been no reponse from the seller so I am on for a full refund.
Will let you know what happens.
I have also now bought a real set and the difference is huge!

After few threatenly email sent to him, he agreed with a RMA and full refund. But he still insisted that's a genius part and they tested before shipped out.
The piece of crap's screen still freezed while I am writing this, and no way I can turn it off... what a genius HS.
