@CQ
yeah man, the process can be very random, it may be done in a minute, or can run for hours till the bettery is drained, you just have to keep trying.

On another note, this might be of interest to MANY people. When it's been around an hour or so and your phone still hasn't gotten passed the bruteforcing stage waiting can be very annoying. What I've found is that if you turn off PhoneXS, unplug USB, take out battery for 20 seconds, and try flashing again it has a better chance of bruteforcing and is usually successful within 15 minutes. I dunno if it's just me, but this seems to be the case in ALL of my attempts, so if anyone else would give it a try to see how it works for them and report their success/failures and how many times they had to try this procedure (yea, sometimes you gotta do it more than once)

@ MrNetwork
Mate, as far as the brute forcing process is concerned there is no such thing as "increased chances" of it being sucessful, the process is purely based on random break in attempts, the fact that you have had more sucess while trying the second time is purely luck.

oh?? I'd loaded ady's 5.44 driver. Didn't find much of a diff between the original and new, maybe even some drawbacks in the night mode, not sure. So changed back to seus. Anyways, had to know if i had a fall-back plan
