I have a dead k800 and have tried to do the fix on page 1. but once I open wotanclient it goes to start the update but then says it has failed. It does have something in the login and password but it wont let me delete this before starting the update there fore not allowing me to update. Any idea on how I can do this

What do you mean by : Red Lights ? Red light appears when the battery is low

As in the red light flashes 5/6 times when I try to turn it on. I know the battery has life in it and when connected to the charger it still flashes.

yup ur ryt i flah my k800i this morning and instead of fixing it it turned wrong... instead it erease my program and i was not able to use it glady here in our country there are lots of mobile shops that can reprogram it so in less than 1hr it was fixed and it only cause me $4 dollar... thanks anyway...
