why am i odd???
Its things like the firmware and battery issues that can be fixed by a little thing called an update... This doesnt take any time at all (seein as i live 100metres away from a service center!) and doesnt cost a penny!
BUT, if build quality is poor or screen is rubbish then they cant be fixed easily and that WOULD be a prob...
I just dont see what the odd thing about sayin firmware and battery issues dont bother me because they dont!

people who've got them already (the final product i mean) are reaporting that the build quality is excellent. And like you say any firmware issues will be dealt with quickly

it tends to be either really bad i.e. menues and casing or its non existent... doesnt bother me though as i'll debrand it myself as soon as the generic fw is released

I was told it would be free too by a Voda store on £30/35 12 month tariffs.
That's an amazing deal if true - most other places want about £150/200 for similar deals. I just hope I can get the O2 shop to match the Voda deals.
I was going to buy a sim-free one so I could keep my £10/month 300 minutes/texts Virgin deal - but at these prices I won't bother!
