I'm having the same problems on my k750i as it is mentioned here several times. But even if it worked correctly, I think that on this web site, it is more convinient (no read/write permissions). And really 5-8 seconds is really enough, this means, that it does not use too much traffic.

two times I got "Communication Failure", but I think it was my operators failure.
But I tried it yesterday, and it worked, and was able to recognize songs that I've recorded from TV, or my brother's phone. And I've just tried with recorded amr, without music (have nothing to record), and it responded that couldn't find match for my sample, so it works currently ).

You could try that page from your PC's web browser (it works too) and compare with the behaviour of your phone.

Guyz, i still can't find any way to let this work......couldn't connect everytime...
BTW, about this link - http://msrprod.extranet.sonyericsson.com/mrec/ , is there any way to upload recording to this site using GPRS connection from our phone?? I tried OperaMini v2.00 but there's no" browse" button for me to look up the file using my w810i......if use PC to access the site, there's a browse button for it....plz guide me
