Does anyone know what type of media player it will have? Will it support album art?

This phone is gorgeous. I will be saving up to purchase this S500. I do not need the walkman additives as I carry my ipod around with me everywhere I go.
Although, I do not have a digital camera and would love to have a 3.2MP on this phone. When I had a K750i, its camera came in handy so often and since its departure from my collection I have not really taken any pictures... This aspect is the only noticeable downfall for my tastes on this S500. No 3G is perfect; I am waiting for TMO US to come around

I will see yall more often around here once I get this phone! Peace
PS: Now we just need SE to come out with another swivel design phone

I loved my kickflip (helio)

Hi guys, new to Esato here.
s500i is looking great. I'm definitely looking forward to it. There are just a couple of factors of concern for me though"
-While the phone is very attractive and has a good chunk of features, given that it doesn't really offer any new substantial features to phones, the price should probably be somewhere around 350 U.S. $. Considering that the next obvious step would have been a 5 MP camera, the 2MP one included in the phone really is the bare minimum at this point.
-I'm just curious, does the phone have flashlight on it? I loved the bright flashlight on my w600i. I can't seem to spot a little light on this phone though...
These are merely two complaints. Everything else about the phone seems amazing. Hopefully we'll get a set price and release date soon. June-September is really too vague.

I would say its more american than that amount said above. Its not how new the technology is is how expensive it is to manufacture or something like that im sure.

Just discovered this
mini-review which made me laugh.
"Since the cellphones being cranked out these days all have similar looks and specs, it's the small details that ensure your mobile isn't the equivalent of a Toyota Corolla. The desktop and menu themes of the 14mm-thin Sony Ericsson S500 change with the season or time of day, letting you know when you should be outside getting shitfaced on a patio. Coming August 2007."
