As far as i know you use up on the jogdial instead of right on the joystick and down on the jogdial instead of left on the joystick (may be the other way round though)

The sim clock is stopped/started automatically by the phone, it's nothing you can control. The stopping/starting procedures saves a bit of battery compared to having the sim clock enabled at all time

Don't need no code for that: it's written on the inside sticker, just under the battery.
It's a code that indicates the year and the week of manufacturing. For example, the code of my W200i is 07w20 (which means 20th week of year 2007).
