I personally think K750 is trully a legend. It was the root of any CyberShot and Walkman phones which available in the market these days. It was before SE decided to put its two killer features (autofocus and megabass) separately to 2 new branding I've said above. As we know this K750 is the older brother of its sibling W800. Therefore, if I could say K750 is the father of CyberShot family (and also the Walkmans), I honestly admited the grandfather was S700

@razec
That's when we compare them image quality wise, but performance, interface and features is where K550 kills the K750

Since K550 is newer than K750 I would be totally agree with you -if we're talking about the original features.
But if you're going to compare to the modded one, honestly I couldn't say we're in the same points of view anymore

Sony cam module on SE phones are typically discernible by their flexibility in color and exposure adjustment: in other words you can easily edit the colors, saturation, contrast and exposure using any PC image editing softwares without affecting the detail on the images that's what i loved about SE cam phones

I'm so glad you confirmed about this. I myself also found out that it's so
easy to make my photos looks better using any image editing softwares.
FYI, I'm not an expert about editing, all I've done so far is only reduce some noise, do auto settings (contrast, color, brightness), and then add some 'good' noise to make it sharper. That's all As the result I'll probably get my photos much better than before (a lot of improvements, though sometimes it doesn't).
I've also made some test to Nokia's images which is a lot of people said it has been gotten a lot of post processing from the phone itself.
And then I proved what the people said was absolutly right. It was really a hard work to fixed Nokia's images. I'm not saying it's impossible, but due to my ability today I can only say 'No, thanks. Maybe next time.'

Yes, maybe you're right. IMO it depends on each person preferences. For me, I had 2 ways to improved my photos:
1. change my camdriver
2. use image editing software
As we knew, we always get JPEG files as our photo results, that means post processing is always happens inside the phones. The choices is yours: Do you want the phone to do it completely for you? Do you want the phone to do it as minimal as possible so you can do the rest by yourself?
If you asked about originality, honestly it's rather difficult to be answered. 'cause we could produce totally different photos using different camdrivers. So, which one is true original? Even SE themselves always updates their camdrivers.

just my 2 cents

This may be due to exposure of the lense or poor lighting conditions...

I recommend you asking some like tranced or Xen0nflash... as they have a bit more experience in this area of hardware.

Or change your camdriver... its up to you....
