it unlock the provider service lock if you have a locked phone...that means that u can use any simcard you want
Can you unpatch it afterwards?

afaik the unlock patch stops the main reading the simlock data from the GDFS

when u select jdflasher in far_manager, select the qa2020 instead of db2020 and when u enter youre FS you can copy what you want using F5 command!
