im 1 step away from patching my phone

i just need to know a few thigs before i jump into it.
1. WHAT will happen to my phone when i flash the main? all phone goes back to stock? all in phone memory erased, everything reseted??
2. WHAT is that GDFS, and i know its important, so if i make a "READ" where will it back it up? (folder name) - if i mess up phone will this help restore it?
3. HOW to remove patch? simply try to patch it, then when it asks for NO to apply and YES to nont apply press YES? (patch already applied)

1.your phone will be the saim as before...no changes !!
2.GDFS is verry important...it will be bucked up in the same folder as seetol2lt..it will be a ".bin" arhive.
3.yes just patch it with the same patch an then hit YES to remove it.
