has anyone been able to connect AND login into Hotmail thru this browser? It always says that my client doesn't support HTTPS connections, but ReqWireless's homepage says that it does support it.

A new "tip":
Apparently the P800 UIQ interface doesn't automatically close all the programs and files after you exit them, so they'll keep on running in the background, consuming power, which will make the P800 somewhat slower.
Here is how you close these programs:
Download the File Manager(
http://my-symbian.com/uiq/download/index.php ), open the program, open "File"(upper left corner) and select "Task list". From the Task list you'll see which programs are currently running and you'll be able to manually close the programs you're not using at the moment.

i knew this last "trick", it is very annoying that from time to time you go to file manager's task list and see how communica, jotter, internet and such are running.
i just cant understand why any of the preinstalled applications/functions has an "exit" button.

@raven
dont you find multi tasking nice?
tip and trick:
when typing...
say you typed a loooong long string of characters. how do you erase all of them? do you hit backspace a couple of times until you get all erased?
why not...
set the cursor on the text. touch the screen on the end or the start of the text you want to delete.. then when the JOTTER ARROW disappears, drag the stylus to the other end of the text u want to delete, then it will select the string of characters... then hit backspace, then voila! erased!
.
.
or is this a dumbass tip?

Yeah, multi tasking i nice, but I don't see why this version of Symbian doesn't have the built-in option to see which apps etc. are currently running, and the ability to close them. Yeah, the copy/paste/cut/delete thing is very usefull. I use it all the time. =)

Thanks to Raven... I just configured the P800's built-in browser to connect via Bluetooth!!! Works like a charm at home!!!!
I used the same technique you stated earlier for the 7650 and Webviewer...
Create a new Internet Account (Call it Bluetooth or something), just leave everything as is... no gateway, connect via GPRS
Then create a new WAP account and tell it to use the Internet account you just made.
When you open the P800's browser, go to preferences and select the new WAP account you just made.
Connect your P800 to your PC via Bluetooth... then just surf!
