Christchurch Sunset: 5 Exposures combined with Photomatix Pro for HDR effect

Taken with K800i from the roof of Bank of New Zealand where I am currently working on the building Air Conditioning Plant. I wanted you guys to see in full dynamic range how dramatic the sunset is when it is just clipping the underneath of the clouds when they are in the Northwest Arch formation. Breathtaking!!

(Awaiting a reply to PM DonJuan regarding original exposures...?)

That's one very impressive photo entry i really love your concept, as we all know sunset pics were best looking on beaches and seas, but you've proven us that even a place with a bunch of buildings, highways and skycrapers can have something that city people should be proud of

I suspect it's because of using the HDR application to take my exposures as opposed to taking each one manually

Gutted to say the least

Having said that I don't mind if it has to be scratched. I hope it inspires someone at least.... I really like Shuuro's one from one of the previous months

Um no due to the fact that the default folder for this russian java app (Seemingly impossible to change and have it work) is in the phone memory - and I take a LOT of photos; usually chuck them onto the PC when I get home...

but I did rar copies of the original exposures to email you?

edit: Actually I just checked and it seems they are still there. I've started using bluetooth to send the images to my computer and I forgot to delete them from my phone. How does that help??
