id say ask for the half price line rental,
i was on the same package and thats what i said tmobile had offers
just lie through your teeth!!!1 it works they dont want to risk loosing you because each individual person you speak to about it will loose commision if they loose a connection, so you can pretty much ask for an albanian sex slave.

Anyone know what T-Mobiles policy is on repairs under warranty? The keys my boyfriends K770i that I got him at Christmas have started to have their paint peel off and rub away, which looks terrible.
Going to pop in there on the Wednesday, but just looking for a heads up really

From what I know, no manufacturer honours cosmetic wear'n'tear as warranty - unless its identified as a design flaw. Worth a shot tho. Might be less painful to get replacement buttons from ebay etc! Im sure they charge a non-warranty fee if its deemed non warranty.

Hmmm, either way I shant be happy :/ He's done nothing wrong to it and suddenly the paint started peeling off pretty badly. One day it started a little bit and three days later half of that row of keys had lost their paint :/

You could say it is affecting the performance of the phone? This means that if you have mobile insurance it will be covered.

Havent had phone insurance in years
I suspect they might say no, but if they've got any kind of customer service respect they'll do it, or I'll ring up CS and have a word with them, they're always pretty flexible
