Hi, is there a guide somewhere on exactly how to put it on the phone? I know next to nothing about this so it will have to be a really step by step tutorial. haha

Thanks

This photo illustrates just how bad the chromatic aberration is with the K850 lens, I wonder how far the hue can be shifted away from magenta before it begins to upset the overall colour balance?

The problem lies with the lens and not the code. One trick I use in Gimp to reduce/remove it is to reduce magenta saturation till the aberration blends in with the background, although I don't know if this can be accomplished within the driver... I'll leave that in your capable hands Strong as a suggestion. Technically the lens should have a coating to filter out that wavelength, but in the end we are talking about a cellphone...

Keep up the good work!

Strong,when camera point to heavy sunlight the image in display are white and nothing cant view under heavy sunlight.Please fix this matter.BTW the images taken from indoor is great,the color of red is red,blue is blue,and magenta is magenta.In addition would you able to add some more customization option such like hue and shutter speed.If the driver can be modded in separate setting for all scene modes would be great,which done by brazukka in Cybershot v5.25.

Sorry for my english.

@bryanruy
that may be happens because the driver has auto exposure lock
you can unlock auto exposure at customization zone by user.
Yes I can add hue option and shuter speed for each scene
at next beta

Strong, I really like your drive. I appreciat your efforts. Still there are few things which requires your attention.
1. Like the other guy said, in strong daylight, the screen becomes all white. You said we can unlock the exposure value. Please tell which code to be changed to do that.
2. When you switch on the camera, it shuts down saying another application is running. Actually it is not the case. This is not reset for hours. You have to restart the phone.
3. About forced flash, is it working in all mode like auto,red eye ? Why you didnt give it seperatly like jac drive? In that drive, when you want forced flash, just swift to auto flash mode. Otherwise it wont work in red eye. Please do these setting or tell us how to do that.

One question for strong. Do Image size have any effect on the image quality? Like the original can drive and bazuka drive is giving normal size - 1.3 to 1.6 MB, your drive, jac drive is giving high size - 1.6 to 2.2 MB whereas jac v4.2 is giving higher size - 2.2 to 2.8 MB. Which size is best for the best image quality?

Strong's camdriver gives about 1.5 mb to 2.5 mb in every 5MP photos in fine mode.

And based on my experiance, yes, low compression gives better quality
