Well TBH most people in my neighborhood who prefers SE phones are guys whose jobs require us to be on the move most of the day, which makes simpler phones with big icons friendlier to the eye and thumbs. S60 is good, but it can get too complex at times

Actually, the dpad and the centre key are one piece, so thanks anyway. Yes you can save preferences, but that's still slower than having them loaded automatically on startup.
And again, thanks for getting personal for the second time. Were you bullied as a child?

One piece = one button??? Guess my whole keypad is one button since it is one piece, but whatever, i do get what you mean by it takes a little more fiddling on a N82 to get your settings, just tried it out but it doesnt seem all that bad, anyway each to their own.

Yes, and before these two, i had a Black SE W900 and NOKIA N80, I just seem to be attracted to controversial phones.
best part is that they serve me well, or atleast the N81 has,havent had any build quality issues with this baby.

No, one button equals one button. It's a five way key which moves on a central pivot, a bit different from d-pads. Often referred to as the centre key. Keypads are clearly not the same thing.

Thats great, anyway as i said i dont realy see the fuss in using the dpad to set cam settings, instead of having to mess around with the keypad.

Having camera shortcuts on the keypad (in C905's case - on the d-pad) and above the screen is a major time-saver. The people you want to take a picture of won't stand there forever waiting for you to fiddle with the settings menu, you know.
