Used the "super EM mode"....think it is in the english manuel (orginal breach and snow mode)
though the respond will become reli slow in this mode, but it gives a very long exposure time and uses the base ISO that it gives this pic
increased ev +0.3 to 0.7 (should be shutter speed in actually)
....never use the twilight mode, it do not focus.....

well..actually they're nothing different but AF.
um..ev is not shutter speed control~ when u select "off" in two manual menus, it'll turns out to be AE lock.

Hi corer,
Just a simple request, could you please increase the default ISO from 64 to something like
80 or so..?
I am getting darker photos in non flash shots.

ISO80 makes little difference from ISO64~

here with auto flash & forced RER flash , default ISO80/100

Anyway, I did found a some how strange bug in this camera mod:
**All special function menu 's function gone(無效左not function)....after the image stabilization is on....
And it is possible to have all the setting remains after log off the camera or have the following config as default which it always take good picture for just point and shot:
(in special menu)
ISO = +0.3 ev (auto)
Contrast = +o.3 ev
Sharpness = Max
White balance = +2.00EV (Real Color tm)
Thx
PS to blueclip, it is better to have night shot @ iso 64
and @ a place with enough light, stick to the lowest possible ISO is always the best
So I think it would be best for us to hv base ISO at normal mode iso 100 & iso64 @ snow& beach mode
Actually, I used to play with my DSLR instead, so maybe I am a bit too requiring
Further more 原來 adolphvicious = corer 大大
你的改做是最好的^^
more com, : still a bit yellow under slow sync. flash
while a bit blue under high-speed sync. flash
To ans ur question, AF is quite important @ night shots (DOF does matter)
